Why am I being charged sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax if we don’t have a Tax Exempt Form or Business License on file for your account. Without this documentation, sales tax will be applied to your orders. To become tax-exempt, simply upload your tax documentation in the Tax Forms section of your account dashboard. Once submitted and approved, you will no longer be charged sales tax on orders.
