How can I create a return?

To get the return process started, head over to your Account Dashboard.

Once you are there find and select "Product Returns/RMA" from the "Services" menu option on the left-hand side of the dashboard. This is your RMA dashboard. You can keep track of existing returns here as well as create new returns from this section of your account dashboard.

To create a new RMA, click on the red "Submit New RMA" button. From here you can enter any items you will be returning as well as the reason for return.

If you will be using your own return label, please select the shipping courier from the "Shipping Method" dropdown and enter the tracking number.

If you will be requesting a return label from MobileSentrix, please select "Others" in the "Shipping Method" dropdown and submit the RMA. Please reach out to us once the RMA has been submitted. We will review your account and provide a return label if eligible.

Once everything is entered, click "Submit" at the bottom of the page and your RMA will have been successfully entered into our system!
